Level Up Housing NYC has a refund policy of three (3) days. 

During this seventy-two (72) hour period, a member from our team will be available to assist you, and a send new applications (depending on service(s) chosen) via email.

If for anytime during these three (3) days, if you are unsatisfied with our services rendered (within reason), we will issue a refund.
